This Work Package (WP) supports the reform of vocational education and training (VET) to meet the demands of the green and digital transition by providing innovative, technology-driven training solutions. These solutions aim to enhance VET teachers' and trainers' sustainability competencies and improve their capacity to design and deliver inclusive green learning scenarios, fostering equitable access and positive attitudes among VET trainees. The WP focuses on piloting the GreenTeach e-courses within the GreenTeach Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) across partner countries, gathering feedback from participants to refine and finalize the platform and courses. Additionally, it collects best practices from green learning scenarios developed during the pilot phase, showcasing the effectiveness of the training in diverse VET contexts.
