This Work Package (WP) aims to create a comprehensive, technology-driven training solution for VET teachers and trainers in both school and workplace settings, enhancing their ability to design and implement green learning scenarios that effectively integrate sustainability competencies into VET practices. Key objectives include the development of modular curricula informed by the ADDIE methodology and innovative pedagogical models, tailored to improve educators’ competencies in green and sustainable development. 
It also involves creating open educational resources and e-courses to address identified skill gaps, which will be incorporated into a virtual learning environment for testing and validation. 
An inclusive and accessible e-learning platform will be established, featuring robust digital tools and collaborative systems to support knowledge exchange and co-creation among users, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds. 
This initiative aligns with the European Union's goals of combating climate change and fostering a green economy by equipping educators with the skills and knowledge needed for sustainable education.
