This Work Package (WP) aims to assess the current integration of sustainability competencies in Vocational Education and Training (VET) across partner countries and identify opportunities to strengthen VET teachers' skills in both school and workplace settings to support the green transition.

Its objectives are to:

• Evaluate the current integration of sustainability competencies and green practices in VET.
• Identify gaps in VET educators’ awareness of the European sustainability competence framework and their readiness to apply technology-driven methods for embedding GreenComp principles into teaching and learning practices.
• Develop a VET Competencies Framework for the Green Economy, providing recommendations and flexible training pathways to address identified thematic, pedagogical, and technological skill gaps.
