On 09.02.2026 in Burgas, a kick-off workshop for participants in the GreenTeach project's pilot phase from Bulgaria was held.

The event was organised by the teams of Burgas Free University, the project's coordinating organisation, and the Vocational High School of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and Electronics - Burgas, which hosted the workshop.

During the event, the organisers introduced the project to the audience, which included teachers and trainers in Bulgaria's vocational education and training. Participants received information on the project framework, results to date, and upcoming tasks and activities.

Special focus was placed on the key objectives and phases of the pilot phase, along with the thematic emphasis, organisation, and timeline of the upcoming training activities within the project.

The workshop included a demonstration of the virtual learning environment's functionality. Participants received practical and technical guidance, along with essential knowledge and recommendations to support their effective participation in the pilot phase of the GreenTeach project.
