The partners of the GreenTeach Project gathered on 18–19 September for the second Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). The two-day event provided a valuable opportunity to review progress, align strategies, and plan the next steps towards the development and piloting of the GreenTeach training courses.
Training curricula and lesson plans: Progress was made on the structure and content, with clear guidelines for validation and certification.
Validation strategy: Partners agreed on internal and external peer-review procedures to ensure quality. Courses will first be validated in English, then translated into national languages.
GreenTeach Platform: The online platform is now ready to host courses, offering accessibility features and tools for both teachers and learners.
Dissemination and communication: Social media engagement, eTwinning activities, and multiplier events were discussed to enhance outreach. Erasmus Days will be a key opportunity to promote the project.
Project management: Administrative and financial aspects were reviewed, with timelines set for piloting and reporting.

Dissemination efforts, including social media posts, photos, and videos, will continue throughout the autumn.
