We are pleased to announce that the Erasmus+ GreenTeach project (Code: 2024-1-BG01-KA220-VET-00024643) has been officially published on the eTwinning platform, the European space for collaboration among teachers and schools.

GreenTeach is an innovative project aimed at integrating sustainability and green competencies into Vocational Education and Training (VET), which is aligned with the European Sustainability Competence Framework GreenComp and the priorities of the European Green Deal. Through a mixed-method research approach, the project has identified the training needs of VET teachers in Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, and Turkey, highlighting the urgent need to provide educators with proper resources, teaching methodologies, and professional development opportunities to support the green transition in education.

Being featured on eTwinning allows GreenTeach to reach a wider network of European educators, fostering the exchange of best practices, access to innovative materials, and the development of a collaborative community focused on sustainability in education.

We invite all teachers and institutions interested in green skills and sustainable education to follow the project on eTwinning to stay updated on activities, available resources, and training opportunities.
