As part of WP2 - Consolidation of Knowledge, GreenTeach conducted expert interviews to explore current practices, challenges, and opportunities in developing green skills in vocational education (VET).
 

Discussions covered key topics, including:

• Effectiveness of current approaches.
• Strengths and limitations in integrating green competencies.
• Opportunities, required resources, and stakeholder engagement.

These insights will guide the creation of tailored training curricula and tools, ensuring the project addresses real-world needs for a sustainable future.
