On 3 September 2026 at 13:00, the Final International Conference of the GreenTeach project, "Transforming Teaching for a Greener Planet," will take place in Burgas, Bulgaria.

The conference is organised by the Bulgarian project partners - Burgas Free University, the coordinator of the GreenTeach project, and the Vocational School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Electronics - Burgas.

The event will bring together project partners, VET teachers, education professionals, and representatives of institutions from Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, and Türkiye to present and discuss the main results, achievements, and impact of the international partnership.

A key focus of the conference will be the practical experience of teachers who successfully completed the GreenTeach training programme. Participants will present examples of how sustainability education, GreenComp competences, modern technologies, and innovative pedagogical approaches have been integrated into their teaching practice.

The conference will provide an important opportunity to reflect on the project results, exchange best practices, and highlight effective approaches to embedding sustainability and green competences in vocational education and training.
